SALT ROOM SESSION
Leave the world behind as you recline under our stars in your zero-gravity chair. Zen music allows you to relax and breathe the pharmaceutical grade salt coming from the Halogenerator. Session is 45 min. Clients remove shoes and will be provided a blanket or may bring their own. A basket is provided for personal belongings to store under your chair. We welcome groups up to 6. You will only ever be seated with your group.

INDIVIDUAL SALT ROOM SESSION
Individual Salt Therapy session can be scheduled in a smaller room. This session is for those looking for a more private experience focused solely upon the treatment. Pharmaceutical grade salt is placed directly in front of client for direct inhalation. Salt Therapy can also be added to Reiki, Reflexology, Massage Therapy session for an extra cost. Sessions available to purchase in prepaid amounts.
INFRARED SAUNA
Relax while you sweat it all out in our private infrared sauna. Our infrared sauna will surround you with radiant heat that penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles, and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation. Infrared heat therapy uses these infrared light characteristics to heat the body directly rather than just the air. During a session, infrared waves begin to penetrate your body creating a deep heating action, which makes you sweat more at a lower temperature and naturally eliminate waste materials and toxins.
ION FOOT DETOX

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet which corresponds to organs in the body and is an effective way to alleviate stress.
The way reflexology connects spots on the outside of your body to the inside is a bit like acupuncture and acupressure. But those therapies use points all over your body, not just on your feet, hands, and ears. And while reflexologists do use their hands, it isn’t a form of massage.
Like those other therapies, though, reflexology is complementary to medical treatments.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. During a Reiki session wear comfortable clothing. Sessions range from 25-50 minutes and can be added to a Salt Session at an extra charge.
THETAHEALING SESSION
The Theta state is a deep state of relaxation, with slower brainwaves. An example would be the moments before you fall asleep. In a session, the ThetaHealer will bring the client to a Theta state through a quick meditation. While in this state, your subconscious truths will emerge more easily so the practitioner can identify your limiting belief programs and clear them.
The Theta state is where we connect with the creator, the energy of pure love. The ThetaHealer does not actually do the healing. They have the important role of facilitating the session and witnessing the creator’s energy do the healing. ThetaHealers will ask you questions while also listening for any messages from the creator.
The ThetaHealer is trained to know what questions to ask to get to the bottom belief. Sometimes they won’t need to ask many because they also receive insights from the creator.
ThetaHealing can remove self-sabotaging patterns, release anger and trauma from various types of abuse, heal physical pain and diseases, and much more.
